Dr. Baghel has a PhD from Pune University jointly with National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) at Boulder, Colorado. He expertise is in Developing weather forecast system, Urban flash flood monitoring and warning system, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Environment Science, Wind and Solar energy forecasting system.

She is founder of Weather Analytica and has multiple years of experience in research. She completed her Master degree (Physics) from Pune IUniversity. She worked at National Chemical Laboratory, Pune.
